Refund policy
At WPM, we strive to provide high-quality products and excellent customer service. We understand that sometimes you may need to return or exchange a product. This policy outlines your rights and our obligations under European Union consumer protection laws.
1. European Union 14-Day Cooling Off Period
- Right to Cancel or Return: If your order is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days of receiving the goods, for any reason and without a justification.
- To be eligible for a refund, the item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, and in its original packaging.
- To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at europe@wpmcoffee.com within 14 days of receiving your order. We will provide you with instructions on how and where to send your package. Please note that items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
- The buyer is responsible for paying the return postage costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
2. Refund Policy
- If you return an item under the 14-day cooling-off period, you will receive a refund for the cost of the item. However, the original shipping costs are non-refundable.
- Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original payment method within 14 days. However, this may take longer depending on the bank or mode of payment.
3. Exchange Policy
- We only accept exchanges for goods that are found to be faulty or broken upon delivery. To be eligible for an exchange, you must notify us within 14 days of receiving the item, and the item must be in unused condition, with original packaging intact.
- If your exchange request is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Once the faulty item is received and inspected, we will send a replacement item to you. Please note that items sent back to us without first requesting an exchange will not be accepted.
4. No Change of Mind Returns or Exchanges
- We do not accept returns or exchanges for items where the buyer has simply changed their mind outside of the 14-day cooling-off period. Please ensure that you are satisfied with your purchase decision before placing your order.
