Water quality & Descaling

For the best performance and taste, we recommend using a water filter cartridge (compatible with BRITA AquaAroma Crema). The cartridge helps reduce water hardness, enhances flavour, and protects your machine from limescale build-up.

In areas with hard water, regular descaling is still required to maintain optimal brewing results and extend the life of your machine. Please refer to instruction manual for descaling instructions.
