How it works

• Pre-orders are confirmed once we receive a 30% deposit.

• Your spot is secured on a first-come, first-served basis.

• The remaining balance (plus any shipping fees) will be due before we ship your order. We’ll send you a reminder when it’s time to pay.

Shipping timeline

• Orders are shipped in the order deposits are received.

• We’ll provide an estimated delivery window, but please note shipping schedules may change due to logistics or customs.

Cancellations

• You can cancel your pre-order any time before shipment.

• Deposits are refunded minus a 2.1% processing fee to cover transaction costs.

• Once your order has shipped, deposits are no longer refundable.
